This policy applies to walking balance program fees paid to Cleansingboostix. Our services are supplied in Australia and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) applies.
Your consumer guarantee rights
Under the ACL, services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any specified purpose, and be delivered within a reasonable time when no time is set. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, resupply, refund, or compensation depending on the failure). These rights cannot be excluded.
Cooling-off for online bookings
If you book and pay online without attending an orientation within seven calendar days, you may cancel for a full refund of program fees, excluding non-refundable third-party charges clearly disclosed at checkout.
Cancellation before program start
Cancellations received at least fourteen days before the scheduled start date receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen days may transfer credit to a future cycle within six months, subject to availability.
After program commencement
Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions due to documented illness or relocation may receive credit at our discretion upon written request with supporting information.
Physical toolkit materials
Unopened printed materials may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the material cost. Return postage is your responsibility unless items were faulty on arrival, in which case ACL remedies apply.
Digital resources
Downloaded audio and digital guides are generally non-refundable once accessed, unless a technical fault prevented use and we cannot resolve it within five business days.
Rescheduling
Group workshops may be rescheduled once without fee if requested at least seven days in advance. Individual coaching slots require 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiture.
How to request a refund
Email callme@cleansingboostix.world with your name, booking reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of a refund request, contact Consumer Affairs Victoria at consumer.vic.gov.au or phone 1300 55 81 81.
